Online orders placed with Jolè Designs will be delivered by courier
For a minimum order of 5 items the Jolè Designs store will deliver to your door, so please provide us with a physical address that is normally occupied during office hours. Please note that the courier service will only deliver to a physical address, and no P.O. Box number/addresses. The courier service requires that each and every delivery be signed and endorsed, as proof of delivery.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery generally takes seven working days. Please note these delivery times are subject to EFT payment clearance. For very remote areas where the delivery is likely to take longer than five working days, the customer will be informed.
Where can I find information about my order?
If you would like to determine the status of your order, you can do so through one of the following channels:
1. Track your order using your unique order number on the courier portal
2. Email the Jolè Designs Store via (email@example.com)
Damaged or incorrect orders
If you wish to return something that you purchased online because the item you received is either damaged, or not what you ordered, you can do so in one of two ways:
1. Return the selected item to the Jolè Designs store, together with your invoice.
2. Email firstname.lastname@example.org and request Jolè Designs to collect the purchase in question. We will send a courier to collect the damaged/ incorrect product, at the company’s own cost, and resend you the faultless/correct product in return.
